TONER ST-PIERRE offers a wide range of manufactured products, high quality precision press-pack semiconductor clamps, accommodating devices, having mounting surfaces from 19mm to 90mm with forces ranging from 4kN to 110kN.  The clamps utilize Belleville washers using a series & parallel arrangement to achieve the required clamping force.  Insulators extruded from a high performance crystalline polymer provide dielectric and mechanical compressive strength and also allows for high temperature operation. TONER ST-PIERRE provided clamps are 100% calibrated and an indication system eliminates the need for any special equipment or torque wrenches

ASSEMBLIES

 

TONER ST-PIERRE can arrange the manufacturing and refurbishing of assemblies of power semiconductors with heatsinks for Air or Water Cooling utilizing standard extruded aluminium heatsink.  The cooling method of the customer’s choice is offered or WE CAN RECOMMEND AN OPTIMAL COOLING SOLUTION.

TONER ST-PIERRE can have the assembly in any circuit configuration, incorporating RC networks, surge suppressors, fuses, fuse indicators, temperature sensors and SCR, GTO & IGBT firing circuits.
